Hello, my name is Marisa Tania McCroskey, formerly, Marisa Tania Zeno.  I recently married the love of my life, Brian McCroskey, this past Memorial Day in Destin, FL. He is such a catch! He loves me and treats me like a Queen.  I can be myself with him and he loves me unconditionally.  I am so lucky that God sent him my way! We live in a town called Maryville, which is located in Tennessee, only about 10 miles from Knoxville. We have an amazing little boy, who just turned the big O-N-E on June 17th, 2013.  His name is Bryson Kyle and he is the most incredible kid I have ever met! I also gained a beautiful step-daughter, Lauren Emily.  She just turned 11 this October 2013...11

A little bit of background...

My passions in life start with my family, because there is nothing more important! Family makes my life complete...but there are a few more things that I am passionate about.  I have been a Professional Makeup Artist for 8 years, starting off my career by going to school to become a Licensed Esthetician (skincare specialist) and worked at several top notch spas.  One of them including my own, which was named Smitten Kitten Spa & Makeup Design. I also became Assistant Retail Manager of MAC Cosmetics, in Tallahassee, Florida.  Working at MAC was one of the most FUN and glamorous jobs I have ever worked.  Being able to have a creative outlet with makeup, everyday, was fabulous.  I also have worked at CHANEL Cosmetics...lets be honest, it was boring after working at MAC but I did enjoy working there.  I am currently a Freelance Makeup Artist at the #1 Luxury Resort in America, Blackberry Farm. 

In between all the makeup and brushes, I would craft my heart out.  Started off with scrapbooking, then the obsession grew into a monster! If you are an addict like I am, then you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about;) Wink wink! After all these years of creativity bursting from my brain and fingertips, here I am...my very own blog:) I have been tossing around this idea for a while, but did not know where to start.  After much....okay, MUCHHH research, I took the plunge and I am so happy I did.  Life is about taking chances and I cant wait to see where this takes me next...
