Hand Painted Wood Bead Necklace!

Hi, I hope everyone is having a fantastic day today!  I am so happy to be sharing this project with you.  I made these and gave them away as Mother's Day gifts and I am thrilled with how they came out!  Everyone who received them loved them...yay!

So, one day I was searching on the "Almighty Pinterest" {as none of you do, I'm sure...lol} and I came across a necklace like this, from She Knows, and they had a great tutorial!  Usually, I like to do my own "pictorial" of any projects I do, but this one was awesome...had really good pictures showing you exactly how to create your very own! I think my necklaces came out pretty darn good, what do you think?

I purchased all of my items from AC Moore, which was under $10 {probably around $6 or $7, you can't beat that!}, so these were super frugal gifts.  I love all of the color options you have.  You can let your imagination go wild with color, even designs!

I made these adorable Burlap Gift Bags to make even more of an impact with the presentation...want to make your own bag, too?  No problem, check out the ridiculously easy No-Sew tutorial HERE.

These would be great for ANY gift for ANY occasion...I need to make one for MYSELF! I'm thinking maybe a black & white one, or one with turquoise & yellow, with some white, gold and grey?  What colors would y'all make?  I hope I see some of you sporting your very own DIY Necklaces:)  Toodles!
